Community Based Integrated Development Project (CBIDP) is the flagship project of L&T CSR that was started in the year 2015 in Bhim block of Rajsamand district in Rajasthan. The project aims at integrated development of Natural Resources (Water, Land, Forest, Livestock, Community Livelihood and Education) along with total sanitation, livelihood enhancement, education development, health and skill development in the targeted area.
Key Objectives:
- Reduce the Water Stress on the community residing in the area
- Land Reclamation activities (Soil Water Conservation Measures as well as Agricultural Productivity Enhancement)

- Skill Development of Community for Livelihood

- Development of Pastureland in 67 hectares non-cultivated wastelandSite selection, design, and construction of water harvesting structures for rainwater harvesting, creation of surface water source and groundwater recharge
- Productivity enhancement measures like field demonstration of kharif and rabi crop along with vegetable cultivation, introduction of improved/hybrid variety seed of Maize, Moong, Urad, Wheat, gram and mustard crops.
- Demonstration of improved agriculture technology (Seed Treatment, Balanced dose of fertilizers, Integrated Pest Management, Line sowing, etc – Proper Package of Practices)
- Animal health camps for treating cattle and small ruminants
- Drinking water interventions like installation of new hand-pumps, renovation of defunct hand-pumps and well deepening with parapet wall construction.
