Bhumi Fellowship is a two-year non-residential program where fellows will be part of the school ecosystem. During the program, they will have a stipend and work closely with schools to improve their ecosystem and fulfill their basic requirements. Later, the selected fellows will enroll through a rigorous selection procedure and then be assigned to a low-income school. They will be teaching the primary-grade students along with the teachers. They will try to improve the overall ecosystem and induce activity-based learning. They will strive to work towards fulfilling the basic requirements of the school. The fellows will have training and mentoring from experts and skilled associates throughout the program.
