UNICEF through the District Administration of Purulia has chosen us as a Thematic NGO to initiate an ICT Intervention for Adolescent Development comprising of Mobile IVR, Community Video, Radio Broadcast and the like. Videos and audio clips are being produced at the community level on the issues like government schemes, importance of education, child marriage, health, nutrition education, abuse and the like and are being screened or played at the community by the trained adolescent volunteers. Web-portal and Mobile Application were introduced under this initiative. The district administration uses the radio to address the Kanyashree clubs of adolescent students scattered over the district to go for instant solutions to the problems faced by the girls.
