Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India celebrates 10th anniversary of its Traffic Training Park
Instilling positive awareness on road safety and safe driving habits in the city, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) celebrated the 10th anniversary of its Traffic Training Park in Hyderabad, Telangana in the august presence of Mr. G. Harish (Circle Inspector & In charge of Traffic Training Institute, Hyderabad). Since its inception, the park has played a pivotal role in promoting road safety and enhancing traffic awareness among citizens.
In April 2015, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India in association with Hyderabad Traffic Police inaugurated the Traffic Training Park in Hyderabad. Since then, the park has grown into a learning space for people across all age groups. It continues to offer hands-on learning experiences with year-round engagement that encourages responsible behaviour on the road.
Since its inception, more than 2 lakh people across diverse age groups have been trained at the Traffic Training Park, enhancing road safety awareness in the city. For the 10th anniversary celebration, HMSI hosted a session, featuring engaging activities for Neo Gurukul- The School. The students participated in interactive sessions such as Snake and Ladder game, Safety Riding theory session and bicycle activity - each designed to instill road safety awareness in an engaging manner.
The event witnessed engagement of over 100 participants, offering them an opportunity to experience first-hand the various amenities offered by the park, including simulated road circuits, traffic signboards and virtual driving simulations.
As HMSI celebrates 10 years of the Traffic Training Park in Hyderabad, the focus remains on expanding its reach and impact, especially among the next generation of road users. The company hopes to make road safety learning accessible and engaging, ensuring that the message of safer roads continues to grow with each passing year.
