Ladli Foundation is a grassroot nonprofit organization in Special Consultative Status with United Nation's Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) Since-2020. The Organization is effectively working in 50 districts across 10 States in India. It is a registered entity under Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA), NitiAyog and officially associated with Delhi Police and other Departments of Government in India. In the year 2021 International wing of Ladli Foundation has been incorporated in New Jersey, USA as Ladli Foundation USA -A NJ Nonprofit Corporation.

In the past eight years the organization has gained recognition through its innovative initiatives of uplifting and empowering lakhs of underprivileged people, uneducated men, women and the persons with disabilities (PWDs) residing in highly sensitive urban and rural slums. They are also known for curating highly impactful action research CSR projects in sensitive / remote areas that have been successfully implemented at grassroot levels for uplifting downtrodden population and have directly benefited more than 1 Million underprivileged people by providing them primary healthcare, basic education, and sensitisation on verious topics such as menstrual hygiene, WASH., sexual abuse, reproductive health and saved young girls from clutches of sex rackets and trafficking with the aim of improving their living conditions & quality of life in dignified manner in following themetic areas:

For the last 8 years, Ladli Foundation has been involved in enhancing the standard of living and restoring the dignity of socially victimized women while sensitizing the male population as well to uphold the ideas of Gender Equality to build an inclusive society. Ladli has also garnered a number of commendations for implementing highly focused CSR initiatives with PSU’s & corporates and was also conferred with National Awards for Excellence in Implanting CSR Projects. Ladli is known for its innovation and effective work style by accepting challenges. As the organization is officially associated with local police department and district administrations in different states it gives them more strength to implement their project in a very efficient and impactful manner and helps them to be available during emergencies. During the covid 19 pandemic Ladli foundation was fully operational with the support of local administration and helped their CSR partners to support the local community people in every possible manner. Number of their volunteers and senior IPS officers had contributed their valuable services in their ground activities rising their life and they were able to benefit approx. 1 Lac families of Migrant laborers and refugees by providing them dry ration, covid protection and hygiene kits and especially regular supply of milk for their newborns. For which the organization were appreciated through number of commendation letters from senior government officials including Union Minister of social justice and empowerment. Similarly for the last 8 years, Ladli Foundation has directly benefited over 1 Million Population through its initiative for enhancing the standard of living and restoring the dignity of socially victimized people in slum.
