Initiatives

Our change initiatives revolve around the improvement, betterment, and sustainability of Education, Environment, and Humanitarian issues. Major projects include but are not limited to Education, Karka Kasdara , Sponsor for Success, Environment , Native Tree Plantation , Clean up After dark / Creative Art Work, Give a Tree, Miyawaki - Urban Forestry , Kitchen/Herbal Gardening, Humanity, Kural , Modern Thandora, Mannin maindhargal and Disaster Relief

Every program and project of Thuvakkam is aligned to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) for working together across the globe and bringing about a change in the world economically, socially, and environmentally.

Thuvakkam has actively and continuously been involved in social issues pertaining to Education, Environment, and Humanity. With wide on-field knowledge and guidance from subject matter experts in the respective fields, Thuvakkam is overcoming challenges and creating sustainable changes along the way.

By partnering with Thuvakkam, one can increase their overall team strength and lessen the organization’s workload.Thuvakkam has not only been an impact implementation and facilitation partner but is also working along with the team, local communities, and authorities on the grass-root level to create environmental and sustainable changes in the society.  

In addition to being an implementation partner for various organizations, Thuvakkam is also involved with employee volunteer engagement where the employees are out acting on the fields to create an impactful and better society. Over 15,000+ employees have been engaged from 20+ organizations to create change and work for the betterment of society.

Thuvakkam uses SMART Goals in its Programs and Projects to get realistic and sustainable impacts of change. SMART Goals are Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time Based goals which make it easy to focus on the issues specifically and solve the core problem of the communities. Our success all through this has been possible due to a multitude of support and goodwill from various people across communities, government officials, and organizations. With the help of them, we were able to scale up projects and reach the unreachable to solve complex issues to create sustainable change in society. of the organization are available on the site. Thuvakkam also complies with CSR Act and its guidelines as per the Indian Government. Besides this, yearly/quarterly impact reports are shared with the Corporates as required.
