About The Organization

Jailaxmi Education Society

Jailaxmi Education Society is a not for profit organization working for the betterment of the underprivileged youth of dynamic society. The operations commenced in the year 2011, June in Thane with just a single autonomous program with 15 students.

In 2012, we started with ACCA Qualification with 4 students and gradually increased to 350+ till date across west of India.

Further going ahead, we did research study on BFSI sector, and found very interesting illustrations which revealed, that the BFSI sector would become intense in the upcoming years.

In the year 2013, we started with an autonomous program in the BFSI sector named ‘Diploma in Banking & Finance’ which proved to be very successful. We also won a project sponsored by Central- Government to serve a special category of youth -Scheduled Caste which was fully sponsored by the Central Government, in conjunction with employment as the sole objective.

The placements offered to our trained students have been above 70 percent, with trained and skilled work force. Post-training, the youth trained become young enterprising minds with upgraded knowledge& power of decision making. Moreover, they develop a global outlook of creating employment opportunities.

We have reached to 9 locations with our associates/ partners across India with a strong student base of more than 25,000 candidates, thereby training and employing them. More than 800 candidates have been trained for ACCA Program and more than 1200 candidates are trained for Diploma in Banking and Finance. Around 200 candidates have been trained in PG Finance program.

We have also trained the employees of ACCENTURE for IFRS trade as a project of skill enhancement program for employees.

We are working with central government for DDU-GKVY project for rural development for accounting trade in Thane district with 240 students. Recently we have joined hands with TECHMAHINDRA FOUNDATION for implementing their CSR project and successfully completed training and placement for 100 students approximately and the next batches to start soon

Currently we are conducting Skill Training Programs for BFSI and Corporate sector. Entrepreneurship development, Skill enhancement and Livelihood oriented Vocational skill training are our major expertise with driving an altitudinal and behavioral change in the underprivileged youths.
